The Chaos Holiday Special 2014 takes three classic Christmas stories/songs, and gives them a chaotic twist (pun intended). The first of the three stories is Evil “Ernie: X-Mas Special.” This story is modeled after the children’s story “The Night Before Christmas” by Clement Clarke Moor. And just like it’s inspiration,  “Evil Ernie: X-Mas Special” takes place the night before Christmas – and that is where the similarities end. Rather than following a family asleep, waiting for Santa Clause, this story takes place at the North Pole as Santa mentally prepares himself for his big day.  And since this is a Chaos story, the Santa we all know and love isn’t at all what we are used to. You see, Santa isn’t fat but built. Mrs. Clause isn’t old, but a sexy red head who can “…think of a few thing to help you [Santa] sleep.”  As the title informs, Evil Ernie shows up and the fight that follows isn’t what you would think of at all.  And the elves that come to help – well never-mind, I can’t give all the fun away. But take my word for it, its great!

The next story, “The Chosen in: Slicing Sammy The Snowman” is based on “Frosty The Snowman”  - though whether it is the song or movie, I do not know. The story is very similar plot wise to that of “Frosty the Snowman,” just with a twist – Frosty (Sammy) is evil. Because of this, Sammy doesn’t play with children and bring Christmas cheer – but creates chaos and kills people. This continues until a cretin group of individuals decides to get involved. (Hint: their group name is in the title). Who do you think will win this battle? You all will just have to read it to find out!

And the last of the stories is “Let The Blood Flow” which is modeled after the song “Let it Snow.” Now this story is a creative version of the song put to pictures of people killing monsters. I know it sounds weird, but it’s a lot of fun. Let me show you. Think of the melody of “Let it Snow,” but change out the words to this

Oh the monsters out side are frightful

And their actions so damn spiteful

And since we’ve no place to go

Let the blood flow! Let it flow! Let is Flow!

Fun! Right?

And now I think I better go find out the name of a good psychiatrist – because I enjoyed this comic way to much. And I will never be able to look at these stories the same way again. But seriously, give “Chaos! Holiday Special 2014” a read, because it is really too much fun not to. Who doesn’t enjoy seeing children’s classics turned into bloody killing stories? Yep – I definitely need help – and soon so will you.

Until next time reader. Enjoy!
